ChoyceTech

Tech solutions & support for growing businesses El Gouna & the Red Sea coast

Your tech partner, just down the road.

ChoyceTech looks after the Wi-Fi, email, laptops and apps your business runs on. I come to you, explain things in plain English, and answer the phone when something stops working.

Six markers point to guest Wi-Fi at the hotel reception, the CCTV network at the café, the bookings app on the tour desk phone, the dive-centre office email, driver tracking on the minibus, and the website and booking form for boat trips. An ordinary morning on the coast, and the tech quietly running behind it. That's the part ChoyceTech looks after, so you can get on with the rest.

Sound familiar?

Most of the problems I fix aren't complicated. They've just been nobody's job. Here's what owners usually tell me, and what I do about it.

  • “Bookings live in a WhatsApp chat, and someone always misses one.”

One simple bookings app everyone can see, on any phone. Business apps

  • “The guest Wi-Fi drops every evening when we're full.”

Wi-Fi planned properly for reception, rooms and guests, kept apart from your office. Networks & security

  • “Nobody knows when the car insurance expires.”

Reminders well before licences, permits and insurance run out. Business apps

  • “Staff use their personal Gmail for company work.”

Business email on your own domain, and it stays with you when people leave. Email & cloud

  • “If that laptop dies, everything goes with it.”

Automatic backups you never have to think about, checked to make sure they work. IT support

  • “People find us on Instagram, but there's nowhere to send them.”

A fast, clean website that says what you do and how to book. Websites

What ChoyceTech looks after

One person to call for the tech your business runs on. The everyday support, and the new things you'd like to build.

Not sure which you need?

Describe the problem and I'll tell you where to start.

  1. IT support

Laptops, phones, printers and accounts, with a helpdesk you can actually reach. Backups that run on their own. Remote when it's quick, on-site when it isn't.

Sounds like: “The printer's offline again, and nobody knows the admin password.”

  2. Networks & security

Wi-Fi that holds up in the office, at reception and for a full house of guests. Firewalls, antivirus, and a solid network behind your CCTV.

Sounds like: “Guests keep complaining that the Wi-Fi dies by the pool.”

  3. Email & cloud

Your own domain and proper business email. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 set up right, with shared files everyone can find.

Sounds like: “Our bookings still go to someone's personal Hotmail.”

  4. Business apps

Small web and mobile apps that replace the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group and the paper notebook. Built around how you already work.

    • Bookings
    • Fleet & driver tracking
    • Expenses with receipt photos
    • Document expiry reminders
    • Owner dashboards

Sounds like: “Every driver sends their trips on WhatsApp, and I add them up on Friday night.”

  5. Websites

Fast, clean sites that say what you do and how to reach you. Booking forms when you're ready for them, not before.

Sounds like: “We only have a Facebook page, and it's three years out of date.”

How it works

The same four steps every time, in this order. No big-bang projects, no surprises.

  1. Visit and listen

I come to your place, see how the day really runs, and ask what keeps going wrong.

  2. Fix the basics

Wi-Fi, email, backups, passwords. The unglamorous things behind most of the headaches.

  3. Build what's missing

Then the tools you don't have yet: an app, a dashboard, a website. Only what you'll use.

  4. Stay on call

One number to ring. I already know your setup, so problems get sorted quickly.

A neighbour who happens to know tech

ChoyceTech was started by Amir Nabil, an experienced IT manager, to give owner-run businesses on this coast the kind of support big organisations take for granted. It's based in El Gouna and works along the Red Sea coast.

I show up

If it needs hands on, I come over. Your reception, your office, your boat. Not a ticket number in another city.

I talk plainly

No jargon and no hundred-page reports. You'll know what I'm doing, why it matters, and what it costs before I start.

I look after it

No setting things up and disappearing. I keep an eye on your tech the way you'd keep an eye on a neighbour's place.

Usually owner-run businesses of 2 to 50 people: tour operators & transport, hotels, villas & dive centres, restaurants & shops, clinics & offices, schools & training centres.

Your smart choice.

Tell me what's not working. I'll come and have a look.

A call or an email is enough to start. I'll arrange a visit, listen, and tell you plainly what I'd do first.
